Property listings on Noveplace are provided by third-party agents, agencies, and property owners. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing information. You should independently verify all property details before making any decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Noveplace, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Noveplace or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noveplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, if any.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noveplace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Noveplace immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
